The “LOSC JERSEY GIVEAWAY” is organized by Strellson AG, Division STRELLSON, Sonnenwiesenstrasse 21, CH-8280 Kreuzlingen (“Organizer”).
By participating in the contest, you accept the following terms and conditions and agree to the use of your personal data to the extent described in Section 6 below. If you do not accept these terms and conditions and privacy policy, you may not participate in any way in the contest.
The “LOSC JERSEY GIVEAWAY” runs from 23.01.2026 (12:00 p.m.) until 30.01.2026 (12:00 p.m.) (“Contest Period”) on the Instagram pages of
@strellson
To take part in the contest, participants must follow the @strellson account during the contest period and leave a comment on the contest post answering the question.
It is sufficient for participation if the comment contains only text.
Each participant may take part in the contest with only one comment. It is permitted to edit or delete your own comment and post a new one instead. The comments in place at the end of the contest period are decisive.
From all participants who have validly entered the contest by posting a comment in accordance with these terms and conditions, the winner will be chosen at random.
Please note:
You are solely responsible for the content you post. You are liable for any claims arising from infringement of third-party rights through the texts, images, or videos you have posted.
The Organizer reserves the right to delete, at any time, any comments whose texts, images, or videos — in the Organizer’s sole discretion — violate these terms and conditions or Instagram’s terms of use, from the Strellson Instagram page.
On 30.01.2026, the winner will be determined by random draw from among all participants who have validly entered in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The prize for the contest is:

Each participant is only eligible to win once. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged.
The first name and the initial of the surname of the winner, or their Instagram username, may be published without time limit on the Instagram page as part of the moderation after the contest period. Third parties may share, like, and comment on the post.
The winner will be informed of their selection via a reply to their winning comment on Instagram after the contest period ends on 30.01.2026, and will be asked to respond within 3 working days by sending an email to (c.dodds@strellson.com) stating their full name, address (street, house number, postal code, city), and date of birth. If there is doubt regarding the winner’s legal age, they must provide proof of being of legal age upon request.
The handover or shipping of the prize will be arranged personally with the winner after a proper response.
If a winner does not respond within the deadline, a new winner may be drawn from the remaining participants. The same applies if, for reasons attributable to the winner (e.g., providing an incorrect email address), the prize cannot be delivered within 7 working days after the response. The winner is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided.
The Organizer is not liable for delayed receipt of the prize by the winner or for loss of the prize during shipment.
Each person may only enter the contest once.
Eligible to participate are all individuals with full legal capacity who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and have their place of residence in Europe.
Suppliers, employees, senior executives, representatives, consultants, and advertising agencies of the Organizer and its affiliated companies, including their respective family and household members, are excluded from participation. Also excluded are their life partners and relatives living in the same household.
No prizes will be awarded to persons who are not eligible to participate.
The decisive factor for timely participation is the time recorded by Instagram when the comment (text, image, or video) was posted.
The Organizer is not liable for delayed or incomplete receipt of a post and cannot be held responsible for technical disruptions, e.g., failures in the telephone network, network outages, electronic issues, or computer malfunctions.
Participation in the contest is free of charge, except for transmission costs based on the participant’s chosen tariff from their mobile or internet provider. It is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services or the subscription to a newsletter.
The Organizer is entitled to exclude individuals from participation if there are justified reasons, such as a violation of the terms and conditions, attempted manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. An exclusion is particularly justified if, at the Organizer’s discretion, a participant posts text, images, or videos with illegal or inappropriate content or content that violates Instagram’s terms of use.
If grounds for exclusion exist, the Organizer is entitled to revoke or reclaim the prize even retrospectively. No claims against the Organizer arise from exclusion for justified reasons.
By participating in the contest, you agree that your personal data will be processed to the extent described below.
By following the @strellson account during the contest period, you consent to this processing.
In addition, for the winner, the first and last name, address (street, house number, postal code, city), date of birth, and email address provided in response to the prize notification will be stored and used for the execution and handling of the contest.
All data will be stored electronically. The collection, storage, and processing of the data will be carried out by Strellson.
Your personal data will be used exclusively for the proper execution and handling of the contest and will be deleted after the expiration of the statutory retention periods.
You may revoke your consent to the use and storage of your personal data at any time without giving reasons. To do so, a simple email to marketing@strellson.com is sufficient.
If the revocation occurs before the contest has been completed, your further participation in the contest is excluded.
You have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you. You also have the right to have your data corrected or completed, as well as the right to have it deleted or blocked.

The participant declares that they have read this general Privacy Policy and agree to the use of their personal data as described therein. They also acknowledge their rights as a data subject (e.g., right of access, rectification, provision, withdrawal, objection, deletion).
By participating, the participant also consents to their personal data provided in connection with the contest being collected, processed, and stored by order of Strellson AG for the purpose of carrying out the contest. The provisions of the general Privacy Policy also apply to this data collection, processing, and storage, as well as to the rights of data subjects.
If a participant wishes to assert claims specifically regarding their personal data provided for the contest (e.g., right of access, rectification, provision, withdrawal, objection, deletion), they may contact our Data Protection Officer by emailing dataprotection@strellson.com.
For complaints regarding data protection, you may also contact a data protection authority.
Any liability of the Organizer is generally excluded unless the Organizer or its legal representatives, senior employees, or agents for whom the Organizer is liable have caused the damage through gross negligence or intent, or have violated an obligation whose fulfillment enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and upon whose compliance the participant regularly relies (cardinal obligation). In the case of slightly negligent breaches of cardinal obligations, the Organizer’s liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical of the contract. Liability for culpable injury to life, body, or health, as well as for fraudulent concealment of defects, remains unaffected. The same applies to liability under the Product Liability Act.
The Organizer is not liable for the availability of the contest, in particular, it assumes no liability for technical malfunctions or failures related to communication networks or online systems that prevent the participant from entering the contest.
The Organizer is released from all obligations arising from the contest upon dispatch of the prize.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the contest for important reasons. A cancellation for an important reason may occur, in particular, if the proper execution of the contest can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. In the event of a cancellation, there are no claims against the Organizer or the agency.
Legal recourse is excluded.

If, for any reason, any of the above provisions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
This contest is in no way connected to Instagram and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram. Instagram is not responsible for any content published in connection with this promotion.
The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Instagram, but the Organizer. The Organizer releases Instagram from any third-party claims related to this contest.
